CLIENT Gateway AREA 600,000 Sq Ft ___________________________________________________________________________ PROJECT Exterior & Interior Renovation. (Proposed) LOCATION Lake Success, New York

The objective was to renovate the facades and common areas of an existing office building complex consisting of two four story 300,000 square foot buildings. JRS Architect, P.C.’s approach to the design was to create a unique architectural presence from the street and to bring connectivity to the buildings across the parking areas. Between the buildings and above grade, a plaza of shelters with integrated seating areas that punctuate the center of the complex was designed. _____________________________________________________________________________
