JRS Architect, P.C. was invited to partner with TMP Architecture, Inc. on this large scale, ground up project located in southern New York. A recognized educational design firm from Michigan, TMP, was in need of a local architectural firm with educational experience along with a strong knowledge of the New York state building codes. JRS’ role includes completing the construction drawings in Revit and providing construction administration for this expansive 70,546 square foot project. This new all boys private school will encompass over twenty classrooms, a gymnasium, cafeteria, multipurpose room, administration offices, resource rooms and Bais Medrash, a place for Jewish studies. From its inviting façade to its thoughtfully planned interior spaces, every aspect is tailored to nurture the minds and spirits of students from pre-kindergarten through 8th grade. Embracing modern educational principles, the design fosters collaboration, creativity, and a sense of community, setting the stage for transformative learning experiences within its walls.
